Aged Care
The Aged Care sector is growing rapidly, driven by Australia's aging population. Currently, 1 in 6 Australians is over the age of 65, and an additional 50,000 Australians are projected to join this group each year.

In addition to this, the sector is undergoing drastic change, with requirements for more Registered Nurses and additional care minutes putting pressure on an industry already short on talent.

A range of solutions are available for providers to help attract talent required to deliver quality care. Whilst all solutions have value, only attracting international talent on visas can help the industry achieve the scale of new hiring required.

WRK4CE has a pipeline of trained and certified candidates from offshore markets that are eligible to travel to Australia and work in Aged Care. This includes roles such as
-
Registered Nurses (RNs),
-
Nursing Support Worker/Assistant in Nursing (AINs),
-
Personal Care Assistant,
-
Aged or Disabled Carer.
We can connect you with quality, screened international candidates matched to your needs.

Talent Available

Registered Nurses
From 1 July 2023, Aged Care Facilities must ensure that “at least one registered nurse is on site, and on duty, at all times at the residential facility". This is placing a resourcing strain on the industry. International nurses can help cover this requirement, where domestic nurses are becoming harder to find.
Assistant in Nursing
Austrlia's Aged Care sector is starved of well-trained workers, especially in regional areas. To solve this providers need staff from a range of sources. International recruitment is the most scalable solution available. Thousands of trained and certified workers are available to complement other recruitment sources.

In-Home Carer
The lack of availability of beds in residential facilities means more clients are preferring in-home care. This means staff not only need to be well-trained, but also mobile. International staff are often more mobile than other options, and as such make excellent In-Home Carers.
Allied Health Roles
Around the core delivery of care, allied health services help deliver personal and specialised support to the patient’s individual needs. This might include physiotherapy, dietary, occupational therapy and others.
