End-To-End Consultation
WRK4CE collaborates with organisations through the process of recruiting international staff. Starting with building an ideal candidate profile, followed by shortlisting a group of qualified applicants and finally working with you to ensure your organisation has the necessary documentation and procedures in place to receive overseas staff.
Discovery
Through a series of discussions with your organisation, WRK4CE will build a tailored profile of the ideal candidate to be shared through our partner network.
Execution
Whilst our offshore talent team identifies and shortlists candidates that match your needs, our team in Australia will work with you to ensure you are ready to receive staff. This can include signing agreements and lodging documents before your staff arrive.
Delivery
Once a conditional offer is made, WRK4CE will handhold the candidate(s) through the visa process to ensure documentation is correct and travel to the destination meets the agreed timeframes.

Meet the Founders
WRK4CE was founded by Shaun & Sam, who have more than 25 years of collective experience doing business across Asia.
Dr. Shaun Star
Co-Founder
Shaun has been working in Asia since 2010. Running his own advisory practice, he has advised numerous Australian organisations, assisting them with their entry and expansion into Asia.
Shaun is a Professor in India’s leading law school, and has worked for more than a decade connecting education institutions between Australia and India. He has worked in top-tier law firms in Australia and India, advising clients on legal, regulatory and corporate governance issues. He completed his PhD at the University of Queensland Law School.
He has worked closely with governments in the delivery of bilateral programs in Australia and India since 2010, and has published extensively on the bilateral relationship and legal issues both nations.

Sam Freeman
Co-Founder
Sam first travelled to Asia on business in 2012, subsequently living there abroad for a decade, establishing and expanding operations for international companies across India, Malaysia, The UAE & Vietnam.
Sam has a decade of experience in Vocational Training, having established the Queensland Skills and Education Consortium, a group of Australian education institutes delivering high quality skills training in India. During this time, Sam worked with employers in the Middle East to solve staffing requirements with trained talent.
In 2021 Sam became the first Australian diplomat posted to Bengaluru, when he worked as the Australian Trade & Investment Commissioner supporting Australian firms to access talent and enter the markets of India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Values
Sam believes in collaboration. The closer we work with employers, the better the fit we deliver. This is a foundation of VET training, and the reason he built the OrgFit process.
